FAQs
Do you organise trades or manage projects?
No we don’t, but we can recommend reliable tradesmen and builders that we have worked with in the past.
What is the ball park figure for new cabinetry?
There are many variables when designing & building cabinetry, so we would like to offer you a quote that is tailored to your needs. Please give our designers a call at (08) 9497 4355 if you’d like a quote. If you have a budget you need to work with, it is helpful to share it with us so we work together to meet your expectations.
Do you do glass splashbacks?
No we don’t, but we can recommend you reliable tradesmen that we have worked with in the past. We can however, do Laminex Metaline splashbacks which are a great alternative in some cases, and our sister company Stone with Character can also fit stone splashbacks & large format porcelain sheets.
What are the standards of hardware like?
We use high quality hardware in all cabinets, nearly all of which has a lifetime warranty.
What are the lead times?
We are proud of our fast lead turnover, and aim to achieve 2-3 weeks turnover for cabinets from your ‘Go ahead’. Some materials such as solid timber & paint may extend this lead time.
What should we choose character cabinets?
We offer the best value for money. Please refer above this section for more information.
Do you offer after sales support?
Yes we do, please refer to our Warranty page.
Do you do factory tours?
Yes we do. Please give us a call beforehand to organise a time with one of our proud team members.
Do you offer free quotes?
We provide free quotes for customers with existing designs.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes. We have a wide range of cabinetry styles on display, examples of clever hardware, and numerous samples & brochures for you to look at. Refer to our Contact page for our address.
Do you work on Saturdays?
By appointment only.
